As Commercial Manager, Premium Services you will lead and manage commercial activities for airport premium services; driving growth, developing opportunities and establishing global partnerships. You will provide a global commercial framework and support regional and local accountability. With a focus on B2B sales, strategic partnerships, digital sales enablement and franchise management, you will collaborate with airports, airlines, corporate clients and franchise partners to execute a commercial strategy that supports expansion, enhances brand positioning and maximises revenue.


In this role you will:


  • Formulate and execute a commercial strategy for premium services planning and managing sales and commercial activities including opportunity assessments business case development and acting as the point of contact for global account management 
  • Collaborating with local teams to enhance existing contracts 
  • Oversee the use of CRM and digital platforms to optimise sales performance Develop action plans based on market research customer feedback and insights liaising with key stakeholders to optimise templates and platforms and ensure effective and accurate reporting through data and compliance checks Develop and enhance systems and artefacts to maximise revenue and extract key customer and market data Lead the design delivery and monitoring of a contract health check process Implement commercial tools to improve customer engagement and account management Compare global operations to develop new business proposals and customer offerings Negotiate contracts with airline card and corporate customers to ensure optimum pricing and quality Monitor opportunities for new contracts to establish commercial growth in new markets Oversee system platform configuration and customisation reporting compliance and ensuring data integrity


Qualification


To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:

  •  Bachelors degree and 8 years experience in a commercial field with evidence of successfully driving end to end product life cycles in an agile environment 
  • Strong project management and analytical skills 


You'll have an edge if you have:

  •  Written and verbal Arabic would be an advantage 
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience of PowerBI 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
